This is some seriously high level intervention because this is not how the BBC complaints & review system works, let me tell you. Only time I had any joy was when the wonderful @rachelparris & @MashReport stepped in..
And this makes no sense. @maitlis has an editor. The editor takes responsibility for the editorial content. What is this?
