We all have waited 60+ days, did multiple followups with customer care of but to no avail. Every time we have raised our concerns we have got an automated lie to wait x days and then our query will be resolved, but this wait goes on and on.

we have got responses from respective airlines that they have refunded the money to Yatra but Yatra is sitting on our money and taking care of its own working capital needs. I am creating this thread to ensure we get justice and our money.

I request all to help grow this thread and we teach Yatra a lesson so that they understand that they cant treat customers this way. I urge you all to start attaching your cases as replies to this tweet and help to build a collective case.

My Case - I have cancelled my flights directly from airlines @flyspicejet and @IndiGo6E . Both the airlines have been prompt in their response and have confirmed that they ahve refunded the money to travel agent @YatraOfficial . I am yet to get a refund.
