The future billionaires that Nigeria will produce are those who can identify opportunities across ethnic and regional lines.

Erase the thoughts in your head that the north is the only vulnerable region. In fact the north is the wealthiest and better positioned than the SW or SE

They have the land - vast land which is easy to cultivate
They have hydro power - kanji, shiroro, jebba, Zungeru, mambila, Kashimbila, challawa gorge, Dadin kowa, Jibiya, Kafin Zaki too many that can provide power, water and irrigation all year round.

Without mechanized agriculture, the north is responsible for grain supplies across west Africa up to Libya and down to cameroon and CAR.

Tourism? We cannot match them pound for pound. From Kanji park to Yankari to Gashaka to the mambila plateau, Gurara falls, shere hills..

To numerous to count.
Solid minerals - don't go there. Metallic and Non-metallic including energy minerals.

Gold, silver, nickel..gem stones in Kaduna and Bauchi.
Oil? We know it's available somewhere there.
Food not a problem..
