1/ Well coming out of retirement in March 2020 & re-registered with @NMCnews then appointed as one of 3000 Band 6 *NHS* Clinical Contact Case Workers allegedly with @NHSPbank still twiddling my thumbs...

Test and trace system will start on Thursday https://www.bbc.com/news/health-52820592
2/ Since had emails from Sitel in Miami & others (not NHS) wanting me to click on their link, give personal details, Mothers maiden name, etc, causing my antivirus software & Gmail to flag up as unsafe!...
3/ Also expecting me to fund my own specific communications head set & download a variety of unknown software onto my personal PC. In fact everything you're warned never to do https://www.actionfraud.police.uk/scam-emails . So @MattHancock good luck with that one, I'm out of it!...
4/ Also been inundated with spam emails, texts & bizarre phone calls, so not a great experience, thanks @MattHancock, not my colleague.
5/ Just received another email, this time claiming to be from NHS Track & Trace, with another link wanting me to change my password on yet another account that's been set up for me. Anti-virus says no. Time for bed.
6/ I'm not sure where this 25,000 figure comes from, I was told 15,000 Tier 3 Non-clinical Track & Trace Call Handlers, I was recruited to be 1 of 3,000 Tier 2 Clinical Contact Caseworkers, supervised by a few Tier 1 Team Leaders.
7/ No clear, consistent information about my role.

Yet another organisation http://e-LfH.org.uk  wanting me to log in with at least the 5th different set of log in details on different websites.

They then want to access & check my home pc computer system...
8/ The cost of equipment, headset I need to buy.

Would I be liable if there was a data breach?

If I don't trust this system, how do I convince patients & families my call isn't a scam?

As a Health Professional this simply doesn't appear safe for me or my patients.
9/ One reply now tells me that I also have to download software from Amazon onto my home PC, which I hadn't been told.

Some people maybe comfortable with that, I'm not. When you've been victims of scams & abuse as we have, you are far more wary about your safety & security.
