I have always said @Twitter is a privately-owned platform, so @jack can display whatever bias he wishes, even if he's dishonest abt it.
HOWEVER, by
1. Attaching a "fact-check" which itself is questionable
2. Allowing overt partisan @yoyoel to tweet hate speech while acting (1/2)

..as an official @Twitter representative
Moves them from the realm of simple service provider to service user. Fed law says USERS are liable for content.
As a user & curator, @Twitter is ACTIVELY promoting leftist hate speech & incitement, as opposed to merely allowing it.

That places them in violation of not only their own professed rules against election tampering, but in violation of 47 US Code Section 230.
