There are so many thoughts that go through my mind during my morning workouts that I like to call this power hour my therapy session.

As I rode through the beautiful Blue Mountains over the weekend, one reoccurring thought I had was just how lucky we are as Jamaicans.

We truly have the best of both worlds - the beautiful Caribbean Sea surrounding us, the lush green hills( filled with a lot of fruit trees) and some of the most vibrant personalities to ever exist

think about it which other country has so much memes or has produced songs about the Covid situation? Jamaicans know how to make light of any unfortunate situation!
