so after the recent comments on celebrity culture, i did some research (details later) in order to calculate its birth chart.
it all started w an add in a news paper so other birth times could eventually fit better but i think those charts right here are pretty coherent (cont )

1st, i find it very interesting for the celebrity status, which is a public title, to have MC conjunct Venus PRECISELY in the 9H because celebs have been kinda “deified” (9H MC) by the public,

& are mostly worshipped for their >artistic talents<, as well as their apparent >beauty< (Venus for both).

through the sidereal lens, the Capricornian energy translated in celebs gaining authority over most of the world (9H also being territories that aren’t the homeland),

thanks to their status.
contextually, celebs appear to be “special” individuals, that are different from most people, trendsetters, as they are “the” example to follow for many, which shows through the tropical lens.

another interesting element is the Jupiter-Lilith conjunction forming a grand trine w the ASC on one side, & MC+Venus both on the other, which reflects celebs being often considered as sex symbols, lusted after, & turned into fantasies even.

this sexualization of celebs is also very reflective of the fact the Jupiter-Lilith conjunction is operating from the 5H when looking at the chart under Placidus.
yet, as y’all saw the conjunction is in the 4H in equal houses (on the 5H cusp tho) & it also makes sense because,

sex appeal is a good way to “solidify” the fact of getting attention from the public, especially for women (trine Venus).
nowadays we can see this extends to feminine individuals in general but back in the day society was much more rigid than it is now so although i prefer-

avoid gendering astrology, it applies here.
feminine individuals that weren’t ciswomen would actually not benefit from the energy of this trine in such a positive way (& we know why) but i digress, let’s get back to astrologically reviewing stardom.

another interesting thing to note is, both the Moon & Sun being in the 10H..
celebs usually don’t get to have a lot of privacy when it comes to their egos (Sun) & their emotions (Moon).
in sidereal both of these planets are ruling the 3rd & 4th houses from the 10H.

this has showed under the form of interviews -to know their thoughts & feelings about things- & tabloids -paparazzi always doing any & any thing to render elements that belong to the privacy of celebs, public-.

traditional ruler of the Sun in the 11H (sidereal) is another element of the chart that is reflective of celebrity being a status that breeds authority over large groups of people -their fans-, meanwhile, ruler of the Moon in the 4H shows that even with all that exposure,

celebs largely prefer keeping their “emotional side” secret, which includes everything they are strongly attached to emotionally -family, lovers, friends-.

contextually speaking, we can see in the tropical chart that it manifest through the public not seeing all parts of celebs’ egos (this time the ruler of the Sun is in the 4H), & being completely unaware of what celebs truly feel deep down (ruler of the Moon in the 12H).

for now, i’ll finish with Mars in the 12H being conjunct the North Node..
celebrity status was definitely created not only with the intent of gaining riches (Taurus) & power (Mars-North Node) but also, to “liberate” “”celebs”” from the anonymous status, & from powerlessness.

for further context, celebrity culture was born when Florence Lawrence, formerly known as the “Biograph Girl” (Biograph was a movie studio) was “lured away” by IMP.
why? because back in the day actors weren’t gaining that much money,

& were also kept anonymous by the studios they were working for.
patrons didn’t want for the names of their actors to go public & kept them anonymous as a way to keep the pay low.
& one day, Florence met the director of IMP who offered her to gain 10 times her salary,

+ getting a marquee on each movie she works work in, which meant the end of the anonymous status.
she accepted, faked her death (they pretended that “Biograph Girl” was dead) through rumors which were later denied in a news paper,

in which her name publicly appeared for the first time, alongside the ad of the next movie (from IMP) in which she would soon be seen playing.
so she was the first person of the entertainment world to get out of the anonymous status & from there it became the norm-

for people to not be anonymous anymore.
tabloids -or fan magazines, rapidly came to life since people somehow became obsessed w their favorite actors, which contributed to solidify their popularity, & this is how celebrity culture came to life.

now, people have started to mention the “death” of celebrity culture, & in the way i see it, when Pluto arrives in sidereal Aquarius..
the time it squares the ASC of celebrity culture, will sign the end of celebrity culture in the way we know it.

it could also happen before, beginning when Pluto conjuncts the MC of celebrity culture.
the way it is positioned in the birth chart contributed to make celebs untouchable, kinda godlike, & once Pluto touches this through its course, this way ppl have to perceive celebs,

shall slowly come to an end.
