Okay @madebygoogle series of issues here. Have #GoogleNest system in-home. For last 2 or so months thermostat hasn't held a charge. We live in Arizona. It's going to be 100+ today and AC just turned off. We've recharged numerous times. Support topics aren't helpful. Who can help?
Also. Subscribed for a Nest Aware account. Per receipt on 8/3/19. A year subscription. In the last few days the feature was turned off from app. But it's May... so that's not a full 12 months. Charged, paid, etc. Expect to be able to use the service.
