THREAD: The media has always had a part in stirring lies and negativity towards the royal family, this has something that has happened to all members at one point or another. People often attack the media when they write a story which may be considered a lie which was

purposely written to make the subject look bad and attract hate, people often scrutinise the media for this when the subject of that hate is their favourite member of the Royal Family. However, some people who support the Royal Family, or certain members, only

attack the media when they ‘shade’ or lie about their favourite member, and support and applaud the media when they do the same to a member they dislike. The same publications lie time and time again, about all members of the Royal Family at one point, why call them ‘liars’ and

give journalists nasty nicknames when they attack your favourite member, but not do the same when they attack someone else, purely because you dislike them? The media still attacks all members of the royal family, the screenshots used in this thread are mostly from this month,

tabloids such as The Sun, The Mail, The Express etc are known for lying and stirring when it comes to the Royal Family, but of course there’s tabloids such as In Touch and Enquirer who write the most ludicrous story’s. To tell the truth from the lies, we would like you

to consider whilst reading the article, how much credibility the ‘source’ has, has this publication lied in the past about anyone else, or your favourite member? Kensington palace has denied many claims made by the media before, from rumours of Meghan being seen

on the grounds of KP, to Kates face being used in a Botox ad, both claims which publications such as the Daily Mail has written about, KP/BP isn’t going to lie about these things as it wouldn’t reflect kindly on them if what was written turned out to be true after they deny it.

The most recent article we have seen which we, and others, have interpreted as a lie, was an article published by Tatler, in which they say that during lockdown the DOC has been complaining about her workload since Harry and Meghan left the royal family, despite only

being able to do zoom calls and showing support to the NHS during lockdown, a headline fashioned to draw in hate. Supposedly, her ‘friend’ had given them this source, however we have never known Kates friends to go to the media before and have have stayed silent throughout

the entire relationship, and if they have went to the media then not on a regular basis. Taking into consideration, she has never complained before, and that her friends have not went to the media in the past that we know of, how can we say this is true?

Kensington palace dismissed the claims as false, however it appeared Tatler tried to twist this by saying KP knew about the story, when in actual fact they knew about the cover and nothing more, so if they’re twisting what Kensington Palace has said, then how can we say they’re a

reliable source for the story? Some members of the royal family have made their dislike for the media extremely clear, and as had some fans, but you cannot call the media liars when it comes to your favourite member, but then support the media when they lie about someone

you dislike, that way the media, the same ones who attacked your favourite member, wins. No matter who the media writes about, they know there’s someone out there who hates them so much that they will believe anything written about the person,

which is why we’re asking you, all fans of any members, to take into consideration the source before believing what is written or supporting them. Many fans have tried to justify one member being attacked because it’s happened to another one, but we would like to remind you that

by supporting these articles you are supporting bullying which cannot be justified just because it happened to someone you support. No matter who you support, we highly doubt your favourite member would support and encourage you to participate in applauding attacks and bullying

someone else, for no other reason than you don’t like them. The media will always win if people continue to support them attacking and lying, and the reality is, no matter who you support, they probably don’t like the media when they do things like this.
