If you don’t know, a publisher has full authority to regulate its content but is also responsible for what is posted. A Platform, is just a space for ideas, and the company can’t regulate it, but also is not responsible for the content. Social media likes to regulate content then
Claim they are not responsible for what is said on their site. These are the rules that they seem to have a free pass around. I actually disagree with the rules, but I think it is important to note in the discussion of government regulating companies.
