-I am NOT a professional of fitness or either health and wellness, this is all based on my personal experience. If you are about to start a drastic change on your diet or lifestyle get a doctor appointed first.
-Every body is different and may not work under the same rules. This can work for you, but I can't be sure about it being efficient to 100% of people.
-I can't post before and after pictures cause I don't have before pictures, I always hid this part of my body cause I hated it.

Hip dips appear due to the way your femur is placed on your hip, that creates a gap. That's why your fat and muscle are likely to accumulate creating the dip, this is super common to a lot of women, it's totally normal.
You can't totally erase the hip dips the same way you can't downsize your rib cage You can't change your bone structure instead, you can work on your body to make it much less noticeable.

In September and early October due to personal issues I was dealing which binge cycles and not positive relationship with my body and food.
I gained more than 5kgs on a month, my clothes didn't fit me anymore. I decided I wanted a health change in my life and with time I realized I no longer had hip dips.

-Reduced this on my diet:
Alcohol, sugar drinks, fizzy drinks, liquid calories in general, oils that aren't extra virgin olive oil or coconut oil, takeaways, sweets, refined flours.
You have to gradually down the food that is not so nutritious or is over processed. Do your own burgers or hummus at home, be aware of what fuels your body cause your body can't look nice if you don't treat it nice.
Eat enough, you have yo grow muscle.

-Stopped being sedentary. If your lower body has more muscle than fat, you're going to get a straighter look on your hip. As this depends on our bone structure, you have to be honest with yourself and accept that round hips aren't a thing you're going to achieve without surgery.
The best thing to do is trying to grow muscle on your butt (this doesn't have to make it bigger if you don't increase your daily intake) to substitute the fat for muscle.
Also toning outer tighs is important to not accumulate the fat under your hips creating a concave shape.

I also do not recommend over growing your quadriceps cause you can't grow that much your side glutes do the bone structure you have, and that can also create a mini dip.

When I figured out what worked the best for me in the healthy and wellness life was when suddenly they minimized to almost imperceptible.
What really made the change in ny case was:
-Fast walking (this does wonders on your legs too).
-Running with intervals.
-Hiit and cardio without jumping or low impact ones.
-Mat butt workouts.
-Mat leg workouts.
-Toning my whole body to increase my bmr.
-Oblique exercises*.

*once my stomach was flat and toned and the dips were almost unnoticeable I reduced how much obliques do cause I don't want to grow a lot that muscle*

Quad focused exercises or those that target quadriceps and another part of the body like glutes, i.e. squads.
To avoid that just turn your lower body regular workouts to mat workouts. If you are afraid of flabby legs don't worry about that, fast walking or running is all you need to tone them.

Bella Hadid has become super toned and fit and her hip dips have reduced along time even thought they are still there partially, but not so visible for sure.
Remember to have approachable goals to your body type and structure cause that's the key to have a healthy relation with it. Don't punish yourself for being the way you were born. If this doesn't work with you isn't wasted time or energy, cause now you know better your body.

Now they are barely noticed, maybe in the future they are totally gone, but that's something I can't know.
(sorry for pictures quality and lack of before pics)
