Singers who don't play an instrument, do you still consider yourself a musician?

I played flute in elementary/middle school. I'm sure I still could if I picked one up now. Also I play(ed) minimal keys. The thing that never made me proficient in keys is that I could never work through doing two different things with both hands at the same time. So I'm good

with ideas and arranging and theory, and now because of technology I can play all the chords I want without having to actually play. That's also why I could never get with playing drums. It's sad too cuz I know I would be a nasty keys player with my musical point of view
