For those interested in what has been the cause of Lindsey Graham's shocking fall from grace as a semi-respectable human being, you are probably going to want to steer clear of any sexual allegations since they are likely only the icing on a bigger cake. @HunterJCullen

I haven't delved as deeply into Graham, so don't take these details as gospel, but here's something of what his situation may look like.

As part of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, Graham had access to the sensitive foreign spying tools produced by NSO Group of Israel.

At some point, Graham enabled the use of these spying tools to conduct surveillance against GOP domestic political opponents as opposed to foreign entities. This criminal activity was conducted with the full knowledge of Israel because the spying tools themselves were bugged.

Israel, in turn, makes Saudi Arabia and Russia aware of these crimes and suddenly Graham and other GOP figures are part of a vector of compromise by an alliance of foreign governments.

Mueller knew this, as Lindsey is probably the redacted name at the top of B-5 in his report.

Also important to note that the mere presence of bugged NSO software on GOP devices would have enabled the hack of enumerable GOP sites and the acquisition of tons of blackmail material.
