You love our music, our clothing, our talent, our food, our slang, some of y’all want our features so bad you’ll pay thousands for it. Yet you don’t or won’t speak up when those same bodies, the bodies that CREATED the culture y’all are so ready to appropriate, are mass murdered.
Do you understand how insulting, infuriating, and terrifying it is to see more people worry about the life of a dog than the life of another HUMAN BEING? Because I don't think you understand what it feels like to be on the receiving end of that message.
I'm tired and I'm pissed off and I’m scared. And I’m done being quiet about it.
