• If an applicant is denied due to medical eligibility, their application will not be assessed for financial eligibility.

They have also omitted from their Shiny New #YourGuideToAISH
the Payment Tables for both the Standard Living Allowance & Modified Living Allowance as well as the Child Benefit.

Leaving AISH Recipients with no proper guidance in how to apply
for these items/services that were available to them previously.

Have I yet mentioned that this is the 4th overhaul to the AISH Program since @jkenney and the @Alberta_UCP came to power just last year? More specifically July 2019...

Other points of NOTE

Applications are no longer sent to your Local AISH Office, but now to an “ AISH Processing Centre “

There no longer appears to be an Exemption (as prior) for submitting Part B of Medical

IS Clients Caseworkers to decide coverage for Medical Report Fees

Instead of AISH Intake Workers, there are now “ AISH Assessors “

They have replaced knowledgeable Intake Workers with years of Experience, with General Assessors. Not skilled or highly trained in the subject matter.

Strictly Clinical Determinations

This is how they are going to systematically constrict and destroy the AISH Program.
