a lot of people don't get dreams. But I get them even in a 10 min nap. And my dreams have always been either ridiculously unrealistic or a real life possibility. I dream so much that now many times it takes me a few mins to differentiate b/w reality & dreams
like if my day is just slow and boring with nothing happening, I often think stuff happened but when I think for 5 more seconds I realise it didn't
and the day I sleep a lot is the day I have no fucking idea if I'm in a dream or real life. Like today. I woke up a while ago & had to walk around the house & drink some water to make myself believe I am awake.
plus every single time I wake up, I take a few seconds to realize that I am actually awake in real life and not just awake in a dream.
