I've been writing about a controversial contender in the Florida Gators recently. Part one mentioned their challenge in building an elite offensive line in a state that isn't as OL-rich as you'd think and includes a lot of recruiting competition: http://sportstreatise.com/2020/05/what-are-floridas-chances-in-2020-part-i-the-floridian-hurdle/
Since writing that I've since realized that the Gators took a grad transfer OL from Mississippi State, Stewart Reese. Their right side will potentially be comprised of transfers with Reese likely playing right guard and Texas transfer Jean Delance at right tackle.
In part II I mentioned some similarities and differences between Mullen's approach and the Spurrier fun 'n' gun offenses of the 90s that won Florida their first national championship and put them on the map: http://sportstreatise.com/2020/05/what-are-floridas-chances-in-2020-part-ii-florida-shotgun-spreads-past-and-present/
And part III breaks down the importance of being able to manufacture a power run game for specific situations and needs and how the 2020 Mullen Gators might go about doing so: http://sportstreatise.com/2020/05/what-are-floridas-chances-in-2020-part-iii-pro-spread-and-the-power-run-game/
All in all, I think Florida is a team to watch out for in terms of building a champion that's more along the lines of 2019 LSU or Dabo's Clemson teams. They're at their most dangerous spreading you out and throwing the ball around in a time when that's the best way to win titles.
