SERIOUS Police reform needs to happen ASAP in this country.

1. Revamp police training and de-escalation curriculum.

2. Adopt OPM clearance vetting methodology

3. Require psych evaluation every six months.

4. Require officers to volunteer in the communities that they serve.

The Government should redirect billion dollar funding for missiles (and other B.S.) to states with the WORST police service and INVEST in humanizing their role in the community through rigorous training and certifications sponsored by Mental Health organizations.

Hire more Black people to become police officers and give them a signing bonus after grad the academy.

Recruit people who are familar and recognized by their own to police THIER communities.

White/Asian/Latino Americans SHOULD NOT police Black communities right now.
