β€’ Daily 56 varieties of prashad is prepared to offer Mahaprabhu, at Shrimandir Puri.

β€’ The "Vaishnavagni" or "fire" has been preserved since
thousands of years in the kitchen hall.

β€’ Daily two kinds of Bhoga offerings are offered to
Jagannatha.

– Sankhudi: prepared in the main kitchen and outside the
kitchen
– Nisankhudi: inside the compound of the temple

β€’ Daily Bhoga is offered five times to Jagannatha and the menu is strictly maintained.

β€œThe
same prasad becomes Mahaprasad after offering to Maa Vimala.”

Mahaprasad is called 'Nirmalya'

The dishes daily served are :
- Gopalavallabha
- Morning Dhupa
- Mid-day Dhupa
- Sandhya Dhupa
- Bada Simhar Dhupa & Upadhi Bhoga

Several vegetables, chillies, onions & garlic are not used in any preparation. Prasad is called 'Anna Brahma'.
