Twitter following is not like marriage. You may decide a person is not right for your feed/ life at any moment & you are well within your right to jettison them without explanation or signaling

There& #39;s no division of property, no awkward moments with friends. Unfollow at will
Reasons to unfollow

You roll your eyes at all their posts
They RT triggering stuff
You don& #39;t like them
You don& #39;t like their work
Their feed brings no joy
You don& #39;t like them
They tweet untagged spoilers
YOU NO LONGER LIKE THEM

unfollow already
You don& #39;t have to make a production of it and you don& #39;t owe anyone a REASON why.

Relationships often have expiration dates. Ppl don& #39;t like to admit it but it& #39;s true.

Life is too fucking short to follow ppl who upset, exasperate & use up your energy

UNFOLLOW
There& #39;s no prize for suffering. There really really isn& #39;t. I know so many of us are conditioned to think there is but there fucking isn& #39;t

If your reaction is "oh my damn here she goes AGAIN" everytime someone posts? It& #39;s time to go.
If you find someone has blocked you or stopped following you? Please think long & hard on whether they owe you an explanation.

Would you knock on your neighbor& #39;s door and ask why don& #39;t you invite me in your home?

I know this makes some of you twitch but no one owes you that
