All white people either. He's referring to the extreme situations where someone loses a life where they didn't need to.

Just a couple of my basis. Simply specifying what sort of racism you're referring to doesn't mean that other forms of bigotry is invalid. It is a bad faith in interpretation to come to that conclusion.
