Still feeling massive burnout and anxiety 6 months after my last job. I'm getting professional help, exercising, meditating, getting into nature. Help please! Is it just a matter of time? Considering wildly diff life directions atm.
Positives are questioning everything is good sometimes, I'm doing good my myself, I actually have hobbies. This could be a good inflection point.
