Tara Reade is in deep shit. Every single case in which she provided fraudulent expert witness testimony is a separate count of perjury.

California can sentence defendants convicted of perjury for up to four years imprisonment.

It's difficult to fathom how widely @readealexandra's false expert witness testimony tainted the California criminal justice system.

The best analogy might be Louis Scarcella, the NYPD detective who planted evidence on 8+ defendants and tainted every case he ever worked on.

It looks like the defense attorneys representing inmates perhaps wrongfully convicted due to Tara Reade's false expert witness testimony might have concurrent appellate proceedings.

It may also bolster their cases if they wait for Reade to be officially convicted of perjury.

Of course, Tara Reade is responsible for her multiple acts of false testimony. She went to law school, and she knew very well what perjury is and what the consequences are.

No one coerced her to serve as a fraudulent expert witness. This was her choice and her choice alone.

They exploited a woman with apparent psychological issues and legal baggage to become a national spectacle. And it caused attorneys to take notice.

Tara Reade may wind up in a women's correctional facility in California, and it will be because @ryangrim @kthalps @NathanJRobinson opened the door to a (fair game) inquiry into her credibility as a witness.

This is not the outcome the Bernie Bro dead-enders were hoping for.
