@AppleSupport since 30 April we've been trying to purchase developer licence but payment won't go through. Multiple cards tried. Customer service said known issue, still no fix or ETA of fix. @AppleSupport we're still being told you're waiting for the internal team in the US (same message we've had since 12 May).
