How to prevent Malaria and Typhoid
1. Wear light, loose-fitting and long sleeve night wear between dusk and dawn.
2. Sleep in well ventilated room with doors and windows screened.
3. Sleep under intact, treated mosquito net.
4. Use preventive Antimalarials (prescribed)
5. Cook food properly.
6. Drink clean water at all times.
7. Wash foods properly before cooking.

1. Filters waste and removes extra fluid from the body.
2. Remove toxic substances from the body.
3. Helps in production of blood.
4. Ensures adequate fluid flow to vital organs e.g Brain and Liver.
5. Regulates blood pressure.

Signs that may indicate Kidney failure
1. Fluid buildup around the legs, ankles and feet.
2. Reduction in urine output.
3. Passage of foamy or bloody urine.
