"Capitalism" should be a class taught in high school.
Arguably it'll have more impact on most peoples lives than science or maths (although teaching STEM subjects widely will probably have more impact on society long term)
And i don't mean "home economics". I mean capitalism. Teaching people how the world really works, how the power law distribution of wealth will affect their lot in life.
I say "capitalism" and not "economics" because economics covers a much larger subject area and multiple different systems. Just like you can have science class, or you can have chemistry.
This thread btw isn't a criticism of capitalism, properly regulated it's a great system.

Improperly regulated and it needs to be reset every few hundred years and that tends to involve violence.
