Why Milot Rashica would be a good transfer for Bayern?

First of all, it is no secret that Bayern are looking for a winger. And even though Sane is a must, they still haven't made a final decision on Perisic due to his price tag.

However, if Werder Bremen do get relegated this season, Rashica's release clause would drop from €38M to €15M. Which is less than Perisic's €20M buy-option, and would be earning around the same figure as him.

In addition, Milot Rashica is turning 24 this June, while Perisic is 31 already and Coman is 24 soon as well. And while by this I do not imply that younger means better performances, I do imply that he's got more games ahead.

Contrary to Coman, Milot Rashica isn't very injury prone. He has had 5 major injuries in his career, but the longest keeping him out for 28 days.

Rashica is able to play on both wings as well as a striker (if very much in need) and as a second striker/behind the striker, which are positions usually Gnabry, Coman, Perisic, Muller, and Lewandowski cover, but his would mean that these players could be rested easily.

Now on to his abilities, even though he doesn't possess Perisic ability to play with both feet with full ease, Rashica is gifted with pace, dribbling, a decent weak foot, a set piece ability, as well as his ability to show up for Bremen if in need.

Rashica has 10 goals and 5 assists in 27 games for Bremen this season, all coming against these sides in the league: Dusseldorf, Dortmund, Frankfurt, Leverkusen, Freiburg, Gladbach, Wolfsburg, Bayern, and Hertha. And these sides in the cup: SV Atlas, Heidenheim, and BVB.

Now, if we are to talk numbers, Rashica (in the Bundesliga) averages 2 shots per games, making 1.6 key passes, and maintaining a 56% successful dribbles per game, as well as being fouled 1.7 times per game. His main weakness is aerial duels, but that can always be worked on.

Now I know Sane is a must, but if the board decides not to go for Perisic, Rashics is definitely a player to consider. And while I would always rather we play our youth, let's be real, apart from Zirkzee, I highly doubt any youngster will get a chance at Bayern unless loaned out.
