Today is World Menstrual Hygiene day and the theme for this year is "It's Time to Take Action". The 5 rose stages of a woman's life are Birth, MENSTRUATION, Motherhood, Menopause and Death. Menstruation is a major thing that happens during the lifetime of a female #YSMANG

To this effect, there's need to ensure that every woman and girl has access to the menstrual products of her choice. Also, stigmatization should not be entertained as some people believe it's an "abominable" function of the woman's body #YSMANG

Different products exist to make the handling of blood flow during menstruation easier. They include Sanitary Pads, Tampons, menstrual cup, pills etc. The knowledge of some of these things are far from some women due to poverty and Uneducation #YSMANG

Poor Menstrual hygiene and availability of hygienic materials and relief effects can have multiple effects on the girl which can seclude her from important days of her life. There is need to make Sanitary Menstrual products cheaper, available and affordable #ItsTimeForAction
