So Hon’ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh felt Contempt of Court over objectionable posts on SM by said people n Ordered “Suo Motu” case against them..well it will be great if same Court orders to file similar Contempt against Official Twitter handles of @ncbn@naralokesh
The Court should also file contempt against CBN army handles, media like ABN, TV5, E-TV, who are day in and day out insulting both legislature and Executive which are pillars of Constitution along with Judiciary.. if it’s Contempt for Judiciary, it has to be for other two also
In fact this is nothing less than Judicial activism undermining Seperation of Powers of Montesquieu, which says power cannot be concentrated in one institution and that three pillars of Constitution must be complimentary and not conflicting.. @AndhraPradeshCM
Judicial activism of Hon’ble High Court has crossed all known existing parallels of such activism insofar it’s recent judgements are constantly encroaching almost all executive n legislative decisions of democratically elected @YSRCParty government
While ordering CBI inquiry into Dr. Sudhakar case did Court take into cognisance similar abusive language used by him against Hon’ble @AndhraPradeshCM ?? In LG polymers case the questions asked were widely circulated in WhatsApp, did Court inquire who is circulating them??
Court asked State Govt why n how Styrene gas was sent back to S.Korea but has it asked Centre which gave permission to send the same through ships during strict lockdown in India n other Countries due to pandemic ? But ordered to seize plant despite corrective measures by State
Nandigam Suresh is duly elected MP n has expressed his views n even shown video clips of the behaviour of Dr.Sudhakar who was in highly inebriated condition n using highly abusive language against @AndhraPradeshCM ! But Court has been selective in noticing contempt @YSRCParty
Since day one of @YSRCParty Govt under @ysjagan garu High Court has shown highest judicial activism on English medium, shifting of capital n even like O/o Commissioner of Inquiries in Kurnool!! So an elected Executive doesn’t have freedom to even choose where to establish office
Separation of powers is the division of responsibilities into distinct branches of govt by limiting any one branch from exercising the core functions of another. The intent of separation of powers is to prevent the concentration of power by providing for checks and balances.
Hon’ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh cannot encroach legislative and Executive to a level of almost stifling their day to day functions and increase litigation in administration! In fact it demoralises State Government employees n affects their functioning
Finally hope Hon’ble High Court takes similar Suo Motu cognisance of highly abusive debates of ABN n TV 5 n abusive posts of TDP official twitter handles and save the image of Executive n Legislatve pillars of democracy #HighCourtofAP
