Speechless. All I can say is ... Nothing.

I am numb.

I cried today, because as I think of the world as we know it today, no BLACK man or woman is safe. (1/8)

I cried today, because no matter how much we yell, scream and shout, the events of tomorrow will over look the ones of today.

I cried today, because I constantly worry about my little brother day in and day out, because he "fits" the description. (2/8)

I cried today, because another child will go to bed fatherless, mother will go to bed sonless, sister will go to bed brotherless.

I cried today, because I'm sick and tired of seeing black men rights to Life, Liberty and and the Pursuit of Happiness left in a pool of blood. (3/8)

But tears and posting on social media is NOT going to save these lives, it's not going to save our lives. It's time for us to WAKE UP!

Understanding that you may not be able to change the world. But you can change your world is where you start. Get involved. Get involved. (4/8)

I am in so much pain. As my eyes fills with tears, my heart fills with rage - I don't like this feeling and neither should you. (5/8)

We must free our minds of the internal confines we restrict ourselves too. We must channel the power, determination, endurance, and passion of our ancestors. We must be the change. (6/8)

But as Dr. King stated "Every man must decide whether he will walk in the light of creative altruism or in the darkness of destructive selfishness." We must not be selfish, we have to empower our brothers and sisters. We have to equip them with knowledge and understanding. (7/8)

Divided we accomplish nothing. We must UNITE and become one. This is systemic and it won’t change on its own. (8/8)
