Manifesting my own self happiness has been on the rise here lately.. cleaned my room today, swept, folded clothes, painted my toes, showered, trimmed some damaged hair made myself a healthy salad for dinner....
My body has been something that Iāve been so self conscious about for FOREVER
Change has to start mentally before it starts physically. You need the mentally to finish the race
4.5 lbs down towards my goal and Iām gonna keep pushing
Mentally I could not take looking at myself in the mirror anymore. But weight doesnāt define who you are but if you want to change do it for YOU and yourself only
Staying hydrated, keeping clear skin, maintaining a healthy relationship with my boo, food and working out
these tweets may seem like they donāt make sense and thatās fine but this is just whatās running through my mind rn

Crazy but in high school I wasnāt so much worried about my body it was more so my face & hair?? Lol so now that I got that together and I glowed up in that department I just have this to work on
Iām ready to see some results though like srsly canāt wait
And Iām learning to be more kind to myself than so self degrading at times which is also helping so much
Also Iām alive thatās a blessing, Iām making $$ thatās a blessing, I have an amazing boyfriend & relationship thatās a blessing, and Iām soooo excited to go on baecation 2020 in 18 days
