Realistic theory:

VIC was the first Chrovos. After he stopped the time machine and disappeared he was sent to the beginning of the universe and became Chrovos and made the Cosmic Powers. Later after Genkins jumps into the blackhole, he replaces Genkins and becomes Chrovos. 1/2

This is all happening during the first time loop so it can explain where the very first Chrovos came from instead of it being explained as a never-ending time loop. 2/2
