First of all, I just want to say that pics included in this are solely to prove why as humans NO ONE, is perfect. I’m not perfect, you’re not perfect, the cast on anyyy reality show is not perfect. So let’s just remind ourselves rl quickly incase we forgot.
So if you see a pic with your tweet or someone else you follow do not be offended, but I feel it is a duty to reveal why even we make mistakes. And those mistakes for example can be: C O N T R A D I C T I O N.
Second. I want to clarify this is a thread based on Channel A’s newest season of Heart Signal : #HeartSignal3 .I will specifically include that I do have a favorite in this show, but I can assure you, (and by all means scroll thru my tl) I spread no hate to other cast members.
With that being said. My stan is Jihyun Park. I will proudly say that throughout the show this young woman has managed to captivate me as a viewer and thus Ive become a supporter. This does not mean that I hate the other girls nor will I belittle them for any reason—
In my eyes, (emphasis on the MY EYES) everyone else in the house holds the same value. Every person in this world has value, even those who cause harm. Bc @ the end of the day we were all created to be equal. No one has supernatural powers, and if you do, please be my friend.
Also with that being said: Since my bias is Jihyun, that does not mean (and I cannot stress this enough)that I by any means hate or dislike Gaheun. Once again you’re free to check my tl!
There has been much debate since the beginning of this season, and i’ve seen the nasty parts and the good parts between commentary/ reviews/ social media, etc. I admit i’ve had to partake in debates/arguments with opposition to defend my stan.
FYI: YOU ARE ALLOWED TO DEFEND YOUR STAN. But! I do not believe that using derogatory words are healthy. This isn’t what we should do. No one deserves personal backlash for stating opinions.

Also. If someone is going to tweet something like that but then hop on another wagon and do exactly what you just said you aren’t doing... then what point does it serve to say it...?

And if when we try to encourage people to stick with their stans and not be petty about the other cast member, let’s make sure we practice what we preach. That’s in general, Heart signal or not! No use in being petty either.
Many people have stated “we have the right to our opinions...” which by all means is true, but that goes for EVERYONE. Also if you are willing to shade others, as a means of protection and support for your stan... then so does everyone else and their stan.
Most of these opinions though ARE BIASED. If you don’t know what that means then look for yourself. In this case there are two biases, GH
& JH. If one of them is your bias then okay, stick with that. Don’t go around throwing shade or “opinions” about the other one.

Also another thing... we have got to stop with the nonexistent rivalry between these girls. It’s not good to see. You don’t have to like JH nor do JH stans have to like GH, but that does not mean we’re gonna start a war about them. It’s ridiculous.
I’m basically done, and I’m ready for the comments section to blow up. Trust me I debated this bc this takes up much of MY time. But I’m sick of seeing people throw their judgement, criticism, and biased opinions on other cast members. This goes for both GH and JH stans—
NO ONE IS PERFECT. But you should realize the power in your words. As the very first picture showed, there was an incident with a cast member of the Japanese reality show called “Terrace House” and a cast member committed suicide bc of cyber bullying.
Many of you should already know by now that JH was not a favorite from the get, and she’s been the one to get dragged all over social media for things like: screen time, or the amount of attention she receives, something I know has always been in control of production, not her.
She may not see your tweets but just remember that your words have power. Instead of spending your time writing biased opinions or criticism of another cast member, just focus on the happiness of you and your stan. There is no need to belittle any of the two.
These are two different people of which we know on a superficial, televised, edited level, not a personal one. We should waste our time going at each other’s neck every time a new episode comes out. Let’s just try to enjoy everyone and see where these relationships go.
