so.......we now have someone claiming that they have convention complaints on vic from 2013 and onwards they just appeared out of nowhere or according to KV "have always been around" and are making the exact same claims as LJ about vic

funny thing is I& #39;ve been around a shit ton of KV speds and she has never even once popped up
