Maybe not as effeminate as a $200 tie. It took me a while to get away from that version of ruby slippers too.
If you are an executive it’s a job requirement to dress like a fancy woman.
Pick any style you want, but it better be expensive and therefore gay.

Oh, and this applies to military guys as well. If you spend hours a week “getting fancy” you probably don’t need diversity training.
