This is justice. This is progress, albeit small.

Now, we need to continue working to dismantle the formative institutions through which this type of behavior is acceptable.
We need to dismantle families and relationships (bystander intervention, what are people saying to their racist family members? Friends? Lovers?), companies (what type of training are these institutions providing?)...
...schools (how does our education system contribute to this structural violence?).
Individual racism is hard to change. We can do something about structural and systemic racism. It takes all of us to speak up when we should.
