Pt: They thought I had a heart valve, but I didn't.

Pt: My cardiologist.
Me: Why do you have a cardiologist?
Pt: Because they thought I had a valve ... but I didn't.
Me: When was that?
Pt: When I had my heart attack.
Me: You had a heart attack?
Pt: Not really, but they thought I did.

Me: Why did they think you had a heart attack?
Pt: Because I had chest pain, but it was only fibrilation
Me: Aha! Okay, that is why you are on warfarin, atrial fibrilation.
