1: First up, the insanely funny and wicked smart @katehewlett. Now she’s technically off the work table right now but she was also nominated with me and is a god damn beautiful heart of awesomeness. That girl will have your back and will EP the shit out of your show. Hire yer.

2: @thekarenparker1. I call her ‘button’ cause when she was in my writer’s room she always found the button in the scene. An incredible comedic actress who you NEED in your show. Also a killer sketch comedy writer/director. She’s a writer but doesn’t fully know it yet. Hire her.

3: @ashleycomeau. Cmon. Comeau? She does it all. An incredibly organized producer, hilariously talented actor and fabulous sketch writer. Improvisers are needed in writers room. They can yes and the shit out of anything. Plus she has the best laugh and biggest heart. Hire her.

#3 @improvchick. Not only is Denise Jones a killer improviser and comedic actor in Vancouver, but this girl has writer chops that are just yearning for more writer room experiences. She’s also a hellova producer, having been the AD OF THR @VanTheatreSport for many years. Hire her

#4 @ellieharvie. You may know her as a veteran improv queen and award winning actress, but Ellie is also a burgeoning director. She’s had so much experience on set and knows everything about comedy. You NEED her comedic eye behind the camera. Hire her.

#5 @JenniferJokes. This gal is a joke machine. I’ve worked with her on several shows and she never fails to produce and have my back. Always laughing and often taking the longest, most absurd walk to the punchline, she is exactly who you want in the trenches with you. Hire her.

#6 @christinelippa. Ok she’s not really on here but is on FB. Vancouver based, Christine is a fantastic comedy brain and has a wicked feature script that is a feminist comedy western. Make it and hire her.

#7 @ApparitionAEM. Based out of Calgary, Sherra Bridgewater is HANDS DOWN the best script supervisor/script continuity person I have EVER worked with. Cool as a cucumber slice resting on your eyes in a spa, this gal is one to have in your team. Killer producer too! Hire her.

#8 @Erica_Sigurdson. Oh mercy. This incredible standup comedian will punch up your script and leave you reeling at how funny she is. She’s punched most of my @CornerGas scripts and she makes everything better. She’s also avail for well paying corporate gigs. Hire her.

#9 @JennineProfeta. Oh mamma what an excellent producer this gal is of @GirlsNiteComedy Not only can she organize a brilliantly fun tour but she can drop the producer hat and turn into an improv goddess. She’s also a mean comedy writer and has worked on many award shows Hire her
