A Thread #UnionExposed on #BankMerger #Hypocrisy

In 1991 Red Flag Bank union were demanding larger banks in interest of Nation, Economy & Banking System. And suggested Govt for #BankMerger with 7-8 Banks with comparable sizes.

Read their booklet from National Seminar 1991.

But After Govt announced #BankMerger of SBI & Associates Banks, they suprisingly Opposed it called many Nationwide strikes & Staff lost salary on their Call.

Later they opposed BOB Dena Vijaya Merger too & called strikes. Even Now opposing Mega Merger and Called #BankStrikes

Now Same 80 yr old Red flag Union leader/Broker saying- #BankMerger running smoothly who opposed it since beginning, instigated Bankers for Strikes.

Now supporting again their 30 yr old Stand? They why he opposed and called Bank Strikes?

Deal done in Cash or Property?

Same Union asked Banks to release fund for Private Jet airways , when their own staffs wage settlement is pending since #937Days They are more concerned for others rather Bankers.

Are they Bank Union or Jet emoloyee Union? Unfortunately same will sign our wage settlement too.

One of the Problem is that Red Flag Union is controlled by 80 year old Retired CHV who is left oriented politically linked with CPI.

Rather than calling expertise on Banking in union conclaves he calls Kanhaiya Kumar to fill hate towards Govt.

Why Union Politically inclined?

IBA - Indian Bank Association who itself an illegal entity, states through letter dated 19/04/07 to court that a Retired Banker can be on Union Officer bearer post , but No rights to negotiate with managment.

Then How 80 year old CHV is negotiating 11thBPS also done last 2 BPS?

Participation of 3rd party/Outsider in negotiation b/w Employer & Workers is not good as today Working employees are more aware of their Rights & Privileges to TC themselves so restrict it for working employees.

Continue- There are many instances in past that pressure was built on Bank Unions to participate in Politically motivated Strikes & destabilize Govt.

And it also happening today by Red Flag Union under illegal Brokership/leadership of CHV against #BankMerger

Exposes them.

Even after retirement if a person is allowed on Union Posts, it will arrogating power of Union.

Serving staffs as leaders will understand actual difficulties faced in changed scenario not outsiders.
