History is the story of mankind migrating the globe chasing economic opportunity

We’re untethering from this constraint

Our ancestors would be awestruck

Do your life's work + live your best life

It's no longer a tradeoff

3/ Rebalancing Face Time

I’ve spent more time with colleagues than I have with my kids

More dinners out with colleagues than with my wife

This makes me sad

Now I can do great work with great people while maximizing face time with the people I love most

This feels right

4/ Successful As Novices

Remote work is working well

In the middle of a pandemic

With no time to prepare

With no experience

It's working and we're not even good at it yet
