i am starting to recognise a lot more crows though, like this one
it's the most circular birb in the park
this other crow's a new regular, and is adorable, too
this wee buddy has resting jackdaw face, but has started to recognize me too
every so often someone whizzes past on a loud motorbike and startles the flock
after the flock gets scared off, they gang up in the nearby trees, but, keeping an eye on me, waiting for the peanut disposal to resume
then, when danger passes, it's back to feeding time
the whole sleek avian look is quickly thrown, the moment they try to hop around in a headwind
fav moments with crows:

- watching about 100 of them swarm towards you
- when one of them catches a peanut in mid air, or, better steals it in mid air
- seeing them fluff up for no reason
- hobbling around the floor, bouncing from one leg to another like an excitable toddler
they regularly go from majestic winged beasts to squawking little hobgoblins the moment they hit the ground
crows have two settings: making noise, and making noise with their wings outstretched
as i post this thread, there's at least one crow yelling outside. it's 4am
