Meanwhile, solidarity with the people of Minneapolis out getting teargassed while protesting police brutality. This is a global struggle. https://twitter.com/efrostee/status/1265448367511031809">https://twitter.com/efrostee/...
Good luck over there, stay safe. https://twitter.com/andrewmannix/status/1265450824303546368?s=21">https://twitter.com/andrewman... https://twitter.com/andrewmannix/status/1265450824303546368">https://twitter.com/andrewman...
The fight against oppression, injustice, state violence really is the same all over the world. Ordinary people asking not to have laws imposed, to not be brutalised by govt. enforcers, to be free to just live. True in HK, Palestine, and yes the US too. https://twitter.com/efrostee/status/1265449398844239874?s=21">https://twitter.com/efrostee/... https://twitter.com/efrostee/status/1265449398844239874">https://twitter.com/efrostee/...
Something wumao, tankies, and MAGA chuds all willfull misunderstand, is that the fight for a better world is not state versus state, it’s not red team versus blue team, America vs Not America. It’s people at the bottom versus the oppressors at the top. https://twitter.com/aletweetsnews/status/1265452465706741763?s=21">https://twitter.com/aletweets... https://twitter.com/aletweetsnews/status/1265452465706741763">https://twitter.com/aletweets...
Always stand with the oppressed. Always stand against the oppressors.

Tear gas, rubber bullets, police brutality. These things that shouldn’t happen anywhere. And yet they happen everywhere. If you divide the battle along national state lines then you don’t understand the fight.
Back home, it needs remembering 2 million Hongkongers marched in the street last year because we are *scared* of China. The CCP’s ever increasing crackdown on HK since then, from tear gas to new laws being rammed through, shows we were right to be scared. https://twitter.com/hongkonghermit/status/1140214263157366784?s=21">https://twitter.com/hongkongh... https://twitter.com/HongKongHermit/status/1140214263157366784">https://twitter.com/HongKongH...
Final word: I’m going to watching the statements of every single one of those US senators that leeched off the HK protests, tutting loudly about police violence and freedom to protest. Zero time for hypocrites. Scott, Hawley, Cruz, Blackburn, etc, show your true colours.
