The issue isn't really "fraud" as in someone getting prosecuted for a crime in court. The issue is what's legal and widespread, yet sullies our voting system. The links are all in there. But let's recap. CA Democrats have strung together a number of legally dubious tactics that still hold up in court:
1. Motor voter program
2. Legal ballot harvesting
3. Electioneering by public sector unions

Motor voter program: any activity with the CA DMV online automatically asks you to register to vote. The only thing you need to do is click a box affirming you're a citizen. No review by CA Secretary of State.

Legal ballot harvesting: Democrats love to talk about the one Republican who got caught doing it in a state where it was illegal. But here, it's legal and widespread. You can't take anyone to court over it.

Public sector union electioneering: they're the ones to go out and harvest votes en masse. We've heard anecdotes of militants harvesting up to 9000 votes by one person.

These people are essentially the state, campaigning for the state. Ordinary citizens can't compete with this kind of professional army, and we get drowned out.

CA Republicans can't take any of these issues to court, because they're all defensible. The only thing we can do is raise our concern that this sullies the whole vote system, and advocate for a system of strict vetting and custody.

Our 2018 SoS candidate @MarkMeuser pointed out that our voter rolls haven't been scrubbed in over a quarter century.

Meanwhile, @JudicialWatch had to sue the county of Los Angeles to remove 1.5 invalid ballots from the rolls. A private group shouldn't have to do this.

The smoking gun that something was wrong was @YoungKimCA winning before she lost in 2018. She literally went through Freshman orientation before they announced her 14 point lead disappeared. We knew coming into 2020 that if we were going to get seats back, we needed to do the following in CA:
1. militant ballot harvesting to match Democrats
2. get harvesting national attention
3. win by enough points to make the "leftward slide" too suspect

Fortunately, @MikeGarcia2020 did all three. I'm impressed how he got everything right and never let up.

Democrats and Twitter are pretending Trump's comments on ballot harvesting are fake news, because nobody got taken to court and lost. This is "lawyering" the situation and is disingenuous.

True - it doesn't explain all Republican losses, and Republicans should not blame our defeats on harvesting. But it definitely shifts results enough to merit national attention.
