Then YT confirms it as harassment.
Now it's either H3 is getting preferential top secret treatment or he is in a group that is & we just don't know it.
Or it's legit in violation, the timing is coincidental & just unfortunate for H3. No one will give him that but it is possible.

But if the video was edited specifically to avoid that then I think Keem should certainly press for answers.
