Best part about having a mental illness is how you constantly feel like a fuck up and you know something is wrong with you. And an even better part, is when people in your life remind you of it. Don’t ever say things like “what is wrong with you?” to someone w/a mental illness.
You know what’s fucking wrong with me. And I’ll haunt you in your dreams and remind you.
Other things not to say:

What’s your problem?

Stop being dramatic.

You’re being ridiculous.

Clearly you’re the one with the problem. (No fucking shit, like I don’t know that)

What’s wrong? (Everything and nothing all at once)

What do you have to be sad about?

Add your own if you have them.
