*Thread on the Intern that died in Joe Scarborough’s office based on FOIA documents from FWBPD.*

I will reference page numbers as best I can. all of what i say can be confirmed by reading the docs. I will attempt to raise impt questions rather than make conclusions .

Bergman’s found the body of Lori. The husband left his briefcase behind when leaving the office and talking to cops . weird

p.9 the mail carrier James C. said the day before he delivered a letter that required signature & Lori seemed nervous .she claimed she had too much coffee . weird

p.9 Lori was a member of the young republicans. According to her friend Mary she was going to be the treasurer . Did Lori know something fishy about the financials in Joes office ? She just got a 6000$ raise . was it hush money ?

p.9 Joe S. already planned his resignation for October , three months away . Why give Lori an annual raise with only 3 months remaining ? ( i will link the tweet with the docs at end of this thread)

p.9 Lori recently changed birth control meds . cop noticed red substance on the outside of the foam coming from her mouth . said “probably blood”. autopsy says fell bc of cardiac arrythmia

Trump said , could Joe do such a horrible thing ? Maybe he didn’t have to. could he have been out of town and her meds were switched causing a heart failure while Joe had clear alibi? more on this later .

p.10 Don G, head of security says the night before Loris body was found - all doors were locked including office of Joe S. no cars in parking lot and all lights in offices were off .

p.10 Ashley LS. Ihop employee - did notice car in parking lot that night (july 18th) late at night when she got off work.

p.10 Michael M. ihop employee noticed car parked near office of Joe S. AND a light on.

Why interview these ihop employees if it’s an obvious heart-failure medical death?

p.11 Mr . D (no first name given) ihop kitchen mgr- came forward on his own - he came in @ 5am July 19. noticed LORI’s car in parking lot and the light in the office of Joe S was ON at approx 5am. mr D noticed this as weird .

p.12 Loris husband said to be in air force . investigator later learns he’s not active duty but is civil service employee . out of town in..... ARLINGTON virginia . not at his air force base . before that trip he said he was on a trip for business meetings in washington.

p.13 office of special investigations could not reach him by phone . yet his mom shows up, he calls his mom and she hands phone to cops . Why the work-around ? no recording of call?

p.13 day before death approx 430 pm lori hangs up abruptly on her friend mary bc someone entered office . why so abrupt ? she was nervous earlier when she got a letter .

p. 13 TJs Mom gives testimony about her daughter in law . basically says everything is absolutely great in lotus life , no stress or problems at all, then pushes narrative of maybe it’s medical, even saying she got bit by a bug a year ago... who would bring that up?

p.15 Tiffany B calls Lori later in afternoon on day before death. (last contact?) - asks Lori “how have you been” to which Lori answers “i’m not feeling very well” - then changes subject and doesn’t reveal any more .

gets letter —> nervous, abrupt hang up, not feeling well

p. 15 contradicts TJ Klaus’s mom who said everything was fine and dandy when she spoke to Lori .

these friends also mentioned nervousness around moving and getting a new job.

p.15 getting interesting - finally interviews TJ Klaus.. he CONTROLS the call explains he talked to the Dr , explains to the cop the cause of death, tells Cop the press release comes out tomorrow . said he’s “VERY SATISFIED” with medical examiner conclusion .

If i was a husband and my young healthy runner wife mysteriously died i wouldn’t be very satisfied when the medical examiner says it was a cardiac arrythmia and can’t explain what caused it . i would want to know more .

why did he have info before the cop calling to interview ?

p.15 investigator barely asks any follow up questions to husband of victim . Why? when so aggressively interviewing security and ihop employees .

8-07 -01 press release states cause of death as accidental fall .

8-08 detective S. still re-interviewing head of security who said all doors were locked on previous night.

why the press release if the investigation was ongoing ?

p.16 head of security gives worn statement that doors were locked , no lights on, and no cars in parking t lot .

Detective Pond sets up THIRD Interview w/ him. (still after press release saying it was accidental fall)

p.16 Pond notices the head of security’s statements contradict witness testimony. asks to do lie detector test. During test changes answers says doesn’t remember if he checked doors , if lights were off , or if there were cars . completely recanted statement .

Why lie in the first place ? Was he coached to give a certain statement ? Did the investigators questioning ihop employees throw a wrench in the planned cover up ?

p. 16 Pond contacts delivery services to find out what the package that made Lori nervous was . 4 delivery services that day, 2 said they don’t kno, 2 didn’t respond . Detective didn’t go back and question mail carrier who said he dropped the letter off , why not ?

I end with these questions: Why wasn’t Joe S questioned ? What was in the letter that required a signature that made Lori K so nervous on the day of her death? I can’t answer these questions . All points i’ve raised are valid and based on critical reading of the documents .
