Being confident looks way harder than it is, first of all you have to understand that NO ONE CARES in this life no one cares
People are too worried about themselves to be worried about what you’re doing
You also have to accept the way you look and remind yourself that it is not the most important thing about you. It attracts people to you but someone who only wants you for how you look is not the person for you
Being attractive is a mindset, if you believe that you are something it is what you become. You have to actively recognise yourself as beautiful and be vocal about it so that you are reminded. And remember beauty is not only surface level
When you feel ugly it’s reflected in your moods, facial expressions etc. Also remember we are all ugly to someone, but we are all attractive to someone, no one is perfect
Make sure whenever you get a negative thought about yourself you actively try to recognise it, shut it down and remind yourself that how YOU feel about yourself is the most important thing. How can you reach your full potential when you are your own enemy?
Please please don’t compare yourself! It’s difficult not to but understand we are all different and beautiful in our own ways, and beauty is not the most important thing in life, beauty fades
If a person has broken down your self esteem, you have to actively take the power back from them. No one that makes you feel horrible deserves to be in your life, a good support system is everything
Make sure that you understand that intelligence, talent, having hobbies, just being a good person takes you way further in life than being attractive does, and confidence makes you more attractive
Realise you have this body for your lifetime, dwelling on your looks is a waste of time. There are way better things you could be doing. Looks are insignificant.
Anyway if you got to the end moral of the story is fake it till you make it xx
