Last Friday the 6thCCOAs - held the Flint Water Lawsuit SHALL move forward.
To be fair President Obama & his Admin did try to mitigate the horrendous impact on Flint residents

Trump Admin done NOTHING
6thCCOAs Order says it ALL:

Now, Flint residents can expect to see their children permanently developmentally stunted. It has been six years since the start of the crisis and corroded pipes still infect the water and poison the people of Flint.

Those in charge - looking at you Synder et al:

Argued that Government officials had both qualified immunity AND Absolute immunity which shielded them from this and other lawsuits.

The only party excluded from this was Michigan State Treasurer Andy Dillion - at the time of these onerous & deadly decisions, he wasn’t the state treasurer- at least that’s how I read this relevant section of last Friday’s 6thCCOAs Opinion

I should be clear, Andy Dillion was NOT treasure in 2011 when the initial decision was made but subsequently thereafter HE WAS treasurer

The most fucked up part of all of this?
State officials KNEW that adding more corrosive agents like chlorine would accelerate the deteriorating pipes carrying the water. The disproportionate impact to the African American Community is just maddening and incomprehensibly Criminal

I’m not a DR, RN, or Scientist nor am I an attorney but water & land rights happen to be in my wheelhouse of subject matter expertise.
