- absolute BOHEMOTH 800 PAGES. Pace urselves w/ this one
- detailed world building, sprawling world, SAPPHICS, DRAGONS, COURT DRAMA, MYTHOLOGY CHEFS KISS
- rlly enjoyed living in this world

2. Sula's Voyage by Catherine Torres

- i admire it, but i dont think i was the target demographic sjcms.
- didnt rlly feel the characters and the dialogue felt stilted. Personally.
- plus could do w/ a bit more adventure & magic.

3. Circe by Madelline Miller

- ATE THIS BOOK UP
- GOD the PROSE. THE PROSE!!!!! Rlly natur-y and flower-y. Das my type u kno.
- rlly empathized with Circe. Felt her immortality and loneliness and motivations.
- easy 2 follow even if u dont kno Greek Mythology

4. Trese Vol. 1-3 by Budjette Tan
- these comics slap SO FUCKING HARD
- elements of noir, horror, urban fantasy- the world building slowly and naturally reveals itself 2 u over the course of the comics
- the composition & art IS SO FUCKING GOOD
- generally BADASS

5. Smaller and Smaller Circles by F.H Batacan

- harder 2 read 4 some reason. Had 2 keep notes 4 the names lol. STILL RLLY GOOD THO
- slow start but builds up 2 RIVETING CLIMAX
- sobering tale abt broken, corrupt systems, & trying to do good despite it.
