I always saw tweets from time to time regarding horrible and distasteful service metted out by @kfcjamaica employees and being that I barely buy KFC I figured that I wouldn& #39;t get caught in the KFC dragnet...

So I went to the @kfcjamaica on Red Hills rd and joined the drive thru line (you know, trying to stay Covid-19 free) and I ordered a bbq zinger and 5pc hot wings combo. The lady told me that they had no zingers available. At all

When I told the lady that I would like bbq wings, she said that they don& #39;t have any available. At this point I& #39;m concerned because this is the 3rd time since the beginning of 2020 that I& #39;ve ordered wings and this location coincidentally doesn& #39;t have any bbq wings available.
I expressed this to the @kfcjamaica employee to which she replied "Meee tell yu seh dem nuh sell wings here miss?! Me!?". At this point I became shocked and annoyed and asked her if she was really being rude to me. She rambled something about just starting to work there etc
So I said ok, fine give me what you have and I& #39;ll leave. When I approached the window where you collect your order, another @kfcjamaica employee at the window now informs me that they have no wings available. For the name of the employee who is taking the orders (At this point I deduced that she was not the one who took my order) she replied "Miss I don& #39;t her name". "So she& #39;s right beside you, and you don& #39;t know what your @kfcjamaica coworker& #39;s name is?" "No Miss". So once again
I had to order something else. Paid for the food and I& #39;m waiting for the new order which is not really what I wanted. In the midst of all this, a young lady emerged from the car behind me to customize her ZINGER ORDER https://abs.twimg.com/emoji/v2/... draggable="false" alt="😐" title="Neutral face" aria-label="Emoji: Neutral face">. The @kfcjamaica employee then answered her confirming the
order. Bear in mind, they told me that they had no zingers available and all of a sudden, zingers appeared. At that point, I took my order that I didn& #39;t even want and left. @kfcjamaica I don& #39;t know if you will ever do better because some Jamaicans insist that they can& #39;t do
without your food however, with the consistent bad customer service with no intent to improve I for one can do without your food. Its literally not worth the stress and if I& #39;m honest with myself, it& #39;s not good for my health either. I can only hope that a representative from
@kfcjamaica sees this thread and is inspired to attempt to make a change. If we are all honest, there is no incentive for @kfcjamaica to improve their service offerings because they will never get a drop in revenues ever because some "just cyaa live without it" and use it to
treat their children. In return, @kfcjamaica will forever operate as they please while laughing all the way to the bank.
